The Village Agency (TVA) is a live agency started by Paul Franklyn and Shabs Jobanputra of Relentless Records. It aims to bring a fresh and creative approach to the live music industry to the benefit of the artists.

TVA is an independent agency run by Paul who has a long history of working, and most importantly breaking, great new artists. We maintain a small focused roster which allows us the time to start at the roots with our acts to genuinely build value to our artists live careers.

Whether it be a band, DJ or solo artist we recognise the differentiating needs of our acts. All our Live Strategies are tailored individually to suit our artists, outlining a naturally adjusting schedule that Manager, Artist and Agent control.

Both Francesca and Paul are very hands-on and form close working relationships with each artist, connecting them with a large network of promoters and venues. No show is too big or too small as we aim to make performances work for all parties involved.
